nm88's total aggregate liability to any player arising under or in connection with these Terms — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. This limitation applies regardless of the form of the action and whether nm88 has been advised of the possibility of such damage.

nm88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time.
